Channel Balance

Question

Hi, I just ordered 4 new channel balances from your company. I watched the video on replacement. What do I do if there are no take out clips on my windows. Is this normal. There are some rubber stops in the windows. Do these serve the same purpose as the clips? Thank you for any feed back.

This happens sometimes, yes. Remove the rubber stops to see if the take out clips are behind there. If not, you can install a screw as a temporary measure. Alternatively, you could use our 16-002.
