Channel Balance

Question

Philips window. The only numbe I see on the channel balance is 22 5 (with a symbol) op. The tape measure looks to say 23" for the length of the metal. Looks like 1/2"on both sides of metal bar. Let me know if further pictures are needed. We are needed 4 of these for two sliding windows, no tilt. Do you have minimum order?

Thanks for inquiring about your 23" channel balance. The numbers on your balance indicate the spring strength but do not tell us what series of balance you have. To suggest a replacement we'll need to see a photo of the top and bottom nylon attachments. Could you get back to us with a few photos?
