Channel Balance

Question

This is a 1/2" channel balance, the length of the metal channel is 28" (not including the TOP or SHOE).

Do I need a series 380 or series 385?

You've got to measure and tell us, actually. Take a look at the photo below. It shows the single difference between Series 380 and Series 385: a measurement of the shoe. If you take that dimension, does your shoe measure 1-3/32" like the photo? If so, you have S385-28. If it measures 1", you have S380-28. That should be all you need to know, but let me know if you need more help.
