Channel Balance 3610

A home owner from Cape Coral, FL says:
Need to replace about 8 of these. The stamped number does not quite match up with the ones on your website. Don't want to make a mistake so I thought I would check with you first. These are 1/2" channels, 5/8" deep. Just under 38" in length, clip end to clip end. Also, do you have some replacement engagement clips. I could use 6.
Thanks,
BTW, nice website!

I was checking the winged bottom shoe depth and mine measures 7/8". 15-005 looks close but is 1". Could these 16 y/o pieces have 1/8" wear or will the 1" still work?
Thanks

Your shoe has probably worn down from wear. You can use the S380-37 side-load balance with a 3610 spring weight, if your window weighs between 8 and 13 pounds. The engagement clips, we believe, are the 16-002 take out clips.
