Channel Balance Help

Question

We need to order a new channel balance for a window.
Right now I'm looking at 27" SERIES 795 CHANNEL BALANCE (Product Code: S795-27).
Our old part has "26-5" and "TG BSIM" stamped on it.
The metal channel is 27" in length.
We are unsure which stamp option to select.

Thanks for contacting us. When you are unable to match your stamped number with our stamp options, the only way to verify which option to choose would be to remove the sash and weigh it on a scale. From there, you would correspond that number onto the sash weight range chart listed on the product page (located below the product description). Before placing your order, we would like for you to send us some photos of your balance just so we can confirm whether or not our S795-27 channel balance is the replacement for you.
