Bob from SWISCO responded:

Both balances appear to be either an S351-27 or S390-27, depending on the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2640

A home owner from San Jose, CA says:
Hi Bob,

Please see attached files regarding to S351-27 and S370-27. Is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe as the my cycle in red color? One is 1". Another one is 1.125". Is that what you are talking about? If I buy the wrong part, will 1/8" cause any issue? If it is not, I can order either one? Or I can order 1"(351-27) to be safe. Please let me know which one is better?

Thanks,

TJ

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hey TJ. Yes, that's the depth you circled there. The S351-27 has a shoe depth of 1". For the S390-27, it's 1-1/8". See the picture below. That depth does indeed make a difference. If it proves to be over 1" though, you can assume you have the Series 390. Let me know if you have further questions.

Rob,

Thanks. I measure the existing one. It is about 1-1/8". So I will order S390-27.

Thanks,

TJ
