Channel Balance ID 3440 and 2940

A friend from Jacksonville says:
Channel balance 3440 S380-35
2940 S380-30.
Please check if the parts that I have ordered under order number 1382831 are same as those in the picture. I am not sure if the parts that are ordered are as per the specifics in the picture.

Thanks for posting. This certainly looks like our 18-161 Top Sash Guide. As far as the balances, the difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. For the Series 380, the shoe is 1" deep, while the Series 385 the shoe is 1-3/32" deep. The one photo you show of the shoe depth looks like it could be less than 1", which might mean you need balances custom-built with our 15-029 7/8" shoe. But often times, shoes can just wear down from use, so just double-check your original balances to see what matches best. Let me know what you find.
