Channel Balance ID needed please

please advise, New discussion.

Looking for 2 sets of channel balances, along with 2 sets of Top sash guides.

Channel balance is 29" Stamped 28B USB
5/8" wide

I would start with our S380-29 channel balance with a 2820 stamp. This may be the closest match we have.

Looks like all my pictures did not upload.

was also looking for the Top sash guide, However when i look to the right of the page for other accessories, the sash guide shown doesnt appear to have a flat top to it like mine does.

Would you be able to remove your top sash guide from the window and show us a picture of it out? We cannot identify it while it's still installed. Can you also give us its dimensions? We will need your dimensions to be as specific as possible.
