Hi, I purchased these channel balancers a couple of years ago and didn't keep the receipt. I now need 2 more and want to make sure I get the same ones. Here are photos of the top and bottom of the balancers installed, with some markings at the bottom. The metal part is 21" and the bottom plastic part is 1 1/8" deep. Can you help me get the rignt part?

Hello there. I am afraid we don't have a record of your previous order. I need clearer photos of the top attachment--I can't tell from this photo of it installed if it has wings or not. We'll be able to narrow it down from there.

Thanks! Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-21, S385-21, or S378-21 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
