Channel Balance Inquiries

Thanks for posting. All of our channel balances come fully assembled with springs and other components. I think we can help you replace this balance, but we will need photos of the attachments at either end of the balance channel. We will also need the length of the metal channel, not including those end attachments. Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks! We're definitely getting closer. This looks like an older version of our Series 795. I just need to see one last detail: the clip or hook at the end of the cord. Looking at your third picture, the cord has come undone and the end of i t is tucked away somewhere out of frame. If you can show me the hook or clip that was at the end of the cord, we can go on from there.

Just to play it safe, I think I'd like to see a picture of the hole where the balance installs at the top of the frame, too. There is one possible issue that might arise and I figure we better just nip that in the bud now.

It sure does. Looks like a screw tab, which is good news. I think our Series 795 will work well as a replacement as-is. Look it over and let me know if you agree!
