We purchased a foreclosure property that has vinyl windows with no label or marking. The channel balance on both sides of a 51" width window are broken. The only identifying mark is on the channel balance which is 20-9. There is a RM a bit away from the number and BSIN running perpendicular on the channel balance. This is a tilt window

I'm afraid I can still only see the top of the balance. There should be a shoe or clip at the bottom, perhaps at the end of a cord. That will help us identify what you need.
I still can't make it out. I can somewhat see the shoe I need to examine, but it's too obscured while installed. I will need you to remove the balance from the window entirely so that we can see the shoe clearly. You have it labelled as the base.
