Channel Balance Part Inquiry

A home owner from Florida says:
Hello

I am trying to procure 4 replacement channel balances for a double hung sash bathroom window. Attached is the picture of the balances.

There are no number/letter markings on the rail. The rails are 17" in length. You can see the stops in the photo.

From your site it looks like item# S385-28 is fairly close. Except that is 28" in length. The stops also do not have that flat "wing" part on mine.

Any insight you could provide would really be appreciated.

Looking at your photos, I am more inclined to recommend our Series 390 balance as a replacement. This comes assembled with a 19-002 and 15-001 bottom balance shoe. I encourage you to compare your measurements with ours to confirm whether or not this replacement will work. When measuring the length of the balance, be sure to measure the metal portion only, excluding the nylon pieces. You mentioned your balances did not have any stamping or markings on it. In that case, you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the sash weight chart listed directly on the store page.
