I am looking to order (4) of these balances with the 15-230 shoe attached.

Hello,

Your t-lock shoe doesn't look like a match to the 15-230 but I suspect that you may be able to use our S795 channel balance. I'm going to have one of our senior experts review your photos and see if they agree. We'll reach out as soon as more information is available. Thank you!

The balance manufacturer of your old assembly went out of business in the late 1990's. Our recommended replacement is precisely what Casey mentioned above: our S795-33 with a 33C stamp option. Don't let the gray color of the 15-195 T-Lock shoe mislead you. The dimensions are similar to your old one and it should function the same way.

Just note that our balance installs at the top using a screw tab.
