Channel Balance Replacement

Question

Hi trying to identify replacement part(s) for 20 year old double hung tilt out windows. Looking to replace the whole channel balance unit.
Stamped on side 36 C BSI

Thanks for reaching out! Your channel balance is our S795-36 with a 36C stamp. Although, yours has a 1-1/4" Open Cam, T-Lock Shoe, which is sold separately from the balance so you will need to swap out the shoes. I've included a video below with instructions on how to do so.

The plastic piece is our Balance Screw Plug, part 26-200.
