Channel Balance Replacement

I'm not sure, I'm afraid we do not have an option that corresponds to 2690. I see you were looking at our S380-35. Is that the balance you think you have? If so, you may want to double check the length of the metal channel. With a stamp like 2690, it should be 27" long, not 35".

As for the option, it's easy enough to figure out. All you have to do is weigh the sash on a scale and compare that weight to the option chart we have listed under every balance in this Series.
