Channel Balance Replacement

A quick learner from Miami, FL says:
Looking to replace channel balances on window. I was able to remove the one in the picture but the other is still attached. Identifying numbers are 2490 32 881 TE (see attached pictures). Thank you for your help.

Thanks for your question. The top of your balance channel is missing. If it looks like our 19-002, you will need our Series 390-25" side load balance.The spring weight for 2490 32 is (2465) for a sash weighing between 30-33 lbs. Also check if your take-out clip, 16-002, and top sash guide are OK. Please look over our media guides for further help.
