Channel Balance Replacements

Quick Learner
Good Afternoon,
We have 6 types of guides that we need to replace on windows. They are fold out windows and I have the stamped number and quantities of how many of each that I need. All guides are the same in the home..just different numbers. There are no plastic tips on the ends of any of the guides. None of the guide in the windows have the plastic tabs on the ends.
I've included a right side tab photo.  I need 4 of right and left

Hello,

Unfortunately, this pivot bar has been discontinued but the 26-241 has been recommended as a possible replacement. Review the specifications below and see what you think.

As for the balances, we may be able to help but the assembly shown in your photos is too damaged to identify. We'll need to see an intact balance removed from one of your windows, as well as confirm how both ends install, to narrow down your options. Thank you!

Thank you.  The 2nd set of pictures with the wood flooring shows a guide that is fully intact.  There are no plastic shoes on the guides. I've resent the pictures..there is no damage to this guide and it is fully operational.

Unforutnately, I do not recognize your balance assembly. Could you show us how it installs at the top, along with the pivot shoe or guide the pulley hook connects to? That would help us determine if any of our replacements might work.

See attached
There are two small screws that go into the side of the frame track that actually keep the guide pinched into the frame during operation

Thanks for getting back to us. The S770 channel balances with the 62-105 hook may work as replacements but it would need to be a custom order. To get started, we'll need to confirm the channel length for each stamp code you provided. I'd also recommend weighing the sash for each balance size to determine the corresponding strength options for your replacements.

We will get those weights and measurements.
Do you only need the overall lengths of each guide?

Correct, we would need to know the overall length of the metal channel for each balance.
