Channel Balance - Rod & Spring

Contractor from Hickory, NC
I have 6 windows in a house all with these style of balance and all are bad.  New owners want to replace them.  The string goes up to a clip that hooks into a hole in the window channel.  The base attaches to a tilt shoe.
As shown on photo, rod length is 27 1/4" and it appears to be made of gray fiberglass about 1/4" diameter.  Spring length is about 13 1/4".
Looking for recommendations.

Hello,

You have an old-style rod balance that is no longer available. We should be able to supply modern replacements but we'll need to see an undamaged balance removed from the other side or an identical window. Please make sure to include the bottom fitting used for installation and and clips at the end of the pulley cord. Thank you!

Here are the photos we were able to take today specific to the parts you wanted to see.

Thanks for getting back to us! As long as your balance spring measures 1/2" in diameter, you can follow the conversion video below to use the S795 channel balances. Just let us know if you need anything else.

I ordered these S795 balances after getting the replacement information from you but when we tried to install, the pivot bars would not set in the new base.  I am including pictures of the new ones placed next to the original bases which received the pivot bars and functioned without difficulty.  Do you have another recommendation on what I need to get to make these work properly?.

For the new style S795 balances to work in your window, the pivot bars will need to be replaced as well. See time stamp 2:42 in our conversion video to choose the correct replacements based on the original pivot bars used in your windows.
