Channel Balance, Take Out clip and Top Sash Guide

Question

I believe my Channel Balances are 30" & 35" Series 380 Option 2950 & 3450 respectively. The channel balance picture attached is from the 36" window...I based this on a neighbors recommendation that replaced their Channel Balances from you.

I need help on the correct Top Sash Glide... pictures supplied.

I also need some take out clips, which look pretty standard from your video..

Hello! Your top sash guide is similar to our 18-178, but look it over and let me know if you agree. As for the take out clip, assuming it's the same as in our video, then you want our 16-002.
