Channel Balance, Window's part

Question

Hi, three of my windows have 5 channel balances problem, besides I need four of a part, that I sent the pictures.

Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Depending on the depth of the bottom shoe, you may have the S380-28 or the S385-28 channel balance with the 2740 stamp option. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match.

The top sash guide isn't made anymore but you should be able to use the 18-171. The catch is that you need to trim the top down to size so that it will fit in your sash. It's also important to note that any product altered in this way can't be returned for a refund. Our return policy can be found here just in case.
