Channel Balance for Weathershield Windows

Hello,

I'm trying to see if you have any replacement channel balance for my old weathershield windows. The window model per their website is a 610/810 double hung tilt, part: 980825 for a 32HD balance. These windows are circa 2004, at least when my townhouse was built.

I'm looking at your products and looks like S751-32 might be similar. But the orientation of the ribbed channel is different since it's facing into the channel, whereas the weathershield is facing out (see the attached pic).

Attached a picture of the pin tail as well that broke off. Is yours compatible with mine? If not, do you have a different model that's compatible?

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. The ribbed portion of the Series 751 also faces out like your old balance, so I'm not sure what you mean. Is the metal channel indeed ribbed like ours, or is it plain? This page here shows the difference.

Your old 32HD stamp also indicates that the length of the metal channel should be 33". Can you double-check this for us?

Please note that your old balance uses the 15-233 shoe, which means this must be a custom order.
