Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S380-27 and S385-27 channel balances. The important difference is the depth of the bottom shoe, as shown below. You can also select the 2640 stamp option.

Your mortise lock resembles the 82-268B. Review the specifications and see if they match what you need for your repair.

What I would like is someone to look at the new pics that have the ruler beside the lock and decide if that lock has the correct measurements. Tenant didn't measure the specific areas that are noted.
