Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S380-27 and S385-27 channel balances. The important difference is the depth of the bottom shoe, as shown below. You can also select the 2640 stamp option.

Thanks for the info. Looks like we will need the S 380-27 for the windows.
I also need a new lock mechanism for the slider. Pictures below

Your mortise lock resembles the 82-268B. Review the specifications and see if they match what you need for your repair.

What I would like is someone to look at the new pics that have the ruler beside the lock and decide if that lock has the correct measurements. Tenant didn't measure the specific areas that are noted.

Unfortunately, we can't confirm measurements from photos of a tape measure, but the 82-268B mortise lock would be the best we can offer.
