Multi-Point Mortise Lock

I am in need of a Milgaurd replacement handle installed by Performance Fiberglass Windows & Doors in 2011. The handle locks and unlocks by pulling/pusing the handle. The only numbers I see on the back side of the handle (moving components) is GA1- on the metal bracket and GA3 on the white plas ... (cont.)

The thumb-turn broke off. Mortise lock still works. Handle is approximately 7 inches tall with approximately 5-inch screw centers. Looking for a replacement handle set.

Length is 7 1/2 inch. It's 1/2 inch wide. The patio door is the milgard Trinsic series.

Have a patio door handle that actuates to open the door. There is a faceplate on the inside of the door with a wheel with gears on it that are mostly missing so no longer functional. Do not see anything similar on your site.

Hello, Can you please tell me what mortise lock, I need including the model number? One hook will not work when you move latch, only moves by hand. I believe it's a Millard sliding door. Because of the logo on the handle. However, there is not a cover plate around the mortise lock either on frame ... (cont.)
