Channel Balance for fixed window

Hello. I need a replacement for a 28 inch metal shaft balance. Marked b 2730.

I included photos of the plastic parts. If you need additional information please let me know.

Thanks for posting, Steve. Your balance looks like our S385-28. This has a 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom nylon fitting, so make sure to check the dimensions we show for each of these pieces. As long as the sizes match up, then our S385-28 should work well for your window.

A quick question. You are recommending the S385 line. How is this different than your S350 line.

The Series 350 has a different combination of nylon fittings; specifically, the 19-002 top and 15-004 bottom. It's not necessarily a drastic difference, but we like to recommend you go with what was installed originally. There's no reason to change if it's been working fine all this time.
