I think it's the Series 385.
Also have another window that barely moves up & down, requires a lot of force. Channel balances look ok, does it just need lubrication? If so, just on the outside, or inside where the spring is?

I agree, I think our S385-28 channel balance with a 2730 option would be the best pick for this balance. We recommend when you replace a side load balance like this that you replace both at the same time. You don't want to mix old and new balances.
In regards to lubricating the other window, you can use an oil on the back side of the channel on the exposed spring. Don't spray oil on the window tracks, since that can leave you with a mess. If the window still doesn't work properly then it's probably best to replace the balances altogether. Figure that most balances last around 10-15 years, depending on frequency of use.
