Hello, I am unsure which part this would match to. I think 390 but not real confident as it is a little different. It says my windows were mfr by Gienow Building products. Length of metal part is 27". Please let me know if you need any more details or pics. Thanks!

Hi there!

At first glance, this reminds me of either our S351-27 or S390-27 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe but your top fitting is a bit different. Can you show me some pictures of your top fitting from a few more angles?

Thank you kindly! I talked this over with one of our senior experts and we believe our balances will work fine for you despite the look of your top fitting. You'll just need to measure as shown below to determine the best match. You will also need the 2650 option for your replacement balances.

Thank you for your help. I did measure as you show and it is 1 1/8". I do have one more question, when I measure the top width of the metal piece of the balance, it is 1/2" but when I turn it over and measure the side that exposes the spring it is 5/8". See pics attached. Will what you recommend, S390 plus 2650, still work?

Yes, our 1/2" wide channel that the S390 has will still work!
