Hello. I'm trying to figure out which channel balance replacement I need to order for my window. From your website, it appears to be the 28" S395, but I'm not sure of which option to choose. My current one has the following stamp on it, but I don't see a 2790 option available.

Thanks for reaching out! To determine the correct stamp option for your balances, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash. Unfortunately, the stamp from your existing balances cannot be cross-referenced with ours, so that would be the best way to confirm the correct replacement.
You'll also want to be sure that your balances have a winged top and a wingless bottom shoe. If they do not, the Series 395 will not be the correct replacement for your existing hardware.

Thanks for getting back to me. It is the winged top and wingless bottom, so that part is correct. I'll see if I can get the weight and go from there.

I'm happy to help! There is a chart below the product description that will allow you select the stamp option with a weight range that can support your balances.
