Channel Balance identification needed

HI,
Attached you will find photos of the channel balances used in our windows. The home is 12 years old and the windows are original construction. The number on the metal channel appears to be 28C but it could be 280. That channel is 29" long by 9/16 wide and 5/8 deep.

Thanks for posting. Based on these pictures of your channel balance, I would recommend either our S380-29 or S385-29. Now, they may look identical at first glance, but there is actually one important difference: the bottom shoe. The S380-29 and S385-29 come with different sized bottom shoes, and I am not sure which would be better. I recommend that you compare your measurements to the dimensions we show for each balance to confirm the better match.

Regardless of which balance is a better match, I would also recommend our 2830 option, which usually corresponds to a stamp of "28C." You can always weigh your sash to confirm, though.
