Good afternoon,
I need to replace the channel balance in my window (dual-pane) and cannot locate it anywhere. Amazon carries something similar, but not in, "25-3". Is there a suitable replacement for this particular one that I can purchase? The broken balancer I removed is 27" in length.

Hello, We'd be happy to help but we would need to see the fittings attached to both ends of your balance channel to compare to our inventory. As for your 25-3 stamp, that indicates the spring strength needed to support your window sash. Thank you! |

Thanks for getting back to us. With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-26 or S385-26 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2530 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Just let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
