Channel Balance replacement

Question

Can you please help me identify this channel balance?
The only marking i can find is 28E.
the channel balance measured 1/2in across and 29in down.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-29, S385-29, or S378-29 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match. Note that you will need to measure an undamaged shoe. Your balance is too damage to get a good measurement out of it, so removing an undamaged version should be your next priority.
