Window Balance 14 2 IR CALDWELL

Please help me order the right replacement part
The marking on the channel balance are: 14 2 IR CALDWELL, it is 15" long and 1/2" wide

Hello, Steven. I'm not sure what to recommend. That stamp you gave us only indicates the spring strength rating, it's not used in identification. I recommend that you look at our Channel Balance Home Page and follow the steps in order to find the Series that best matches what you have.

Thank you for the extra information you have provided. You may want to begin by taking a look at our S385-15 channel balance. Carefully compare the depth measurement of the balance shoe to see if it matches to our 15-004 shoe that is included in the S385. If the measurements are incompatible with one another, please get back to us.
