Channel Balancer, Milgard single hung non-tilt

I need a new channel balancer but I am having a hard time finding it. It's for a Milgard single hung window non-tilt.
The metal is 21" ling by 1/2". The stamp on the show part is 180. Please see pictures.

Thanks for posting! Before I can offer an applicable replacement for this channel balance, I just need to know a bit more information about the bottom attachment. Please take a look at our 15-004 and 15-005 channel balance shoes, and note their depths. As you can see, they are 1-3/32" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which one more closely matches your own bottom attachment?

It doesn't look like either the 15-004 or 005. The pictures of the shoe is posted above (the 2 pictures on the right top and bottom) it is stamped 180.

Thank you. You know, now that I give it a closer look, I see how it's different. I think I know what this balance is now, and it may be a custom order. Before I can confirm though, can I see a few pictures of the underside of a bottom shoe still installed in the balance? I want to see if there is a wheel in it. I would also like to see a closer picture of the metal tab at the end of the string. We can then work from there.
