Thanks for posting. I am sure we can help, but can you show me a clearer photo of the bottom nylon attachment, or from a different angle? I want to make sure I identify it properly. Many thanks.

Perfect, thanks. This looks like an S395-36 Channel Balance. For a stamp option choose 3530.
