Channel Balancer

Question

Please help identfy the correct part to replace this Balancer. Empire Pacific Industries windows installed in 1992.
Metal portion is 20"
Stamped info: 1990 S lrg print, small print looks like B5I but not sure on that.

This window balance is similar to the S380-20 and the S385-20. To determine which of these is the correct match, you'll need to measure the depth of the shoe.

The stamp from your balance does not cross-reference with those on ours. That said, you'll need to confirm the exact weight of the sash (the window the balances support) to confirm the right stamp option.
