Channel Balancer for Single Hung Window

Question

Hey there,
I'm sending pictures for the balancer in my window. At the back I can see numbers 2540 and letters BH1 (or BHI) and PH. The metal section of it measures 26 inches. Can you please help me to identify which one should I order?

Thanks for posting. This looks like either a S380-26 or S385-26 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2540.
