Channel Balances for Vinyl Windows

I have a vinyl window (unknown manufacturer) and the channel balances have failed. I need a replacement part. Can anyone recommend a replacement part?

Upon further investigation the window manufacturer is Vi Win Tech. Never heard of them. They are out of Paducah, KY.

We don't carry that particular coil balance set up. We do have a similar one in our Series 140 though. Could that work? You will also have to replace the pivot bar with something like our 26-398 or 26-405.
