Channel Spring Confusion

Good afternoon, I'm having trouble. Just the aluminum channel measures 23 inches and 1/2 inch wide. However I can't see a difference between the plastic Top/Bottom on your series S380, S385, or S395. Sure could use your assistance. Thank you! Oliver

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-23 or S385-23 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2230 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
