Channel Springs for HARCAR windows 35 inches

I need new Channel Springs for my HARCAR windows. They are all 35 inch long and 1/2 inch wide channel box springs and the only markings I see on an old one is 343 B1. Pictures attached

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your balance reminds me of the S378-35, S380-35, and S385-35. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below.

If the balance is stamped with 34 3, you'd want to select the 3430 stamp option.

My Channel Balance has a 1" bottom shoe so I'll need the S380 Channel balances. Not sure what you mean by "select the 3430 stamp option"?
Please let me know if I can just order the S380 balances in 35" length and what the price per each would be.

I now see what you mean by 3430 when I went to the order form. So, can I install 3440 to get more lift assistance as many of my windows are big and installed in 1989 (36 years old)?

Choosing a higher strength option won't make your window easier to close if the sash weight doesn't fall within the designated weight range. For example, the 3440 stamp is rated for a sash weighing 23 to 30 pounds. However, your old stamp is rated for 18 to 23 pounds. We like to recommend sticking with the original stamp, unless there have been previous issues with the operation of the window.
