Channel Window Balencer for Tilt Window

Question

Hello I have a balancer that measures 23 7/8 long it is 1/2 x 9/16 wide the stamp says 23C

Will your 770 Channel Balance work? My problem is the 23C stamp on my Balancer indicates I should order a 23C but I think your 24C is a better match? lase advise.

If your metal channel is 23-7/8" exactly, I think you'd be okay going up to 24". I would just weigh your sash on a scale to confirm the best S770-24 stamp option.
