Hi Mohammad. For your Channel Balance, see either our S351-28 or S390-28. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. The Series 351 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1", whereas the Series 390 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1-1/8". Compare with your old balances and see what you think matches best. Once you know which balance to select, you will need to choose a stamp option. Your stamp code of 27C conforms to our stamp option of 2730. For your Top Sash Guide, start by looking at our 18-009. Compare all the dimensions to your old guide and let us know if they match. If they differ, send us mugshot pictures of the old Top Sash Guide from the front and side. |

Hi Mohammad, thanks for getting back to us, and thanks for the kind words. I'll hit each item in order. First, with the Top Sash Guide, can you tell us how exactly your old guide's dimensions differ from those listed in the pictures on the 18-009 product page? From a glance they look very similar in terms of the thickness and hole spacing. What measurements do you think are different? As far as the Take-Out Clip, we've encountered different sizes in comparison to the 16-002 before. Unfortunately, we have no different size than the 16-002. Considering how these install and function in the jamb track, this may not at all be an issue; but it's admittedly hard to predict. id you find that you were unable to install them correctly? Finally, I'm not quite sure what you're showing in your final pictures; Is this by any chance weatherstripping, like our wool pile? If so, can you remove a sample of the wool pile and tell us the size of the base, as well as the height of the pile? Wool pile dimensions are very discrete, often going into the X/32" range, so be as precise as possible. Many thanks. |
