Channel balance.

Question

This seems to resemble your series 795 balance, but I do not have a hook that is at the top of the balance as shown in the picture on your website. I'm also not sure which balance shoe I should get with it. From the photo it looks like it is a c 36-in.

Hello, thank you for writing in. I'd like to confirm two factors. Firstly, can you please show me the hook or clip at the end of the pulley cord on your original part? Next, the Series 795 comes with the 15-195 shoe. This shoe is 1-1/4" wide. I recommend taking your balance out of the window and confirming that your T-Lock shoe matches this dimension.
