Channel Balance with Shoe and Hook

I would like to purchase 2 balances assembly per photo they seem to be the same as the 795 channel balance except mine has a clip at the end instead of the screw type the clip is 1/4 in wide the shoe width is 1 1/4

Greetings. This looks like an S795-28 Channel Balance with a stamp option of 28C. This balances comes by default with our 15-195 T-Lock Shoe, which seems to match yours. Now, the sole difference here is that your balance attaches to the top of the jamb track with a hook, while our standard issue of the Series 795 uses a screw clip instead. Fortunately, because that hole is square shaped, you should be able to use the 26-200 Screw Plug to fill in that hole, and then you can simply screw the balance onto that screw plug.
