Need channel balance for IWC non-tilt window. Metal channel is 1/2" wide and 27" long. Refer to 5 attached pictures for markings on channel and plastic pieces on each end. Please advise on ordering of replacement part. Thanks.

I am realizing that the photos of the plastic end pieces are not of the best quality and I can take and send better pictures if you want.

Hi Gary. No worries, these pictures will do just fine. You have either a S351-27 or S390-27. The difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the picture below for reference. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case, choose 2630 as your stamp option. Let me know if you have any other questions!
