Channel balance 26" in length and 1/2" width

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. Can you show us a photo of the inside of the balance's metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel. Can you also measure the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below and tell us what you get?

Thanks for the additional photos! Based on what I see here, I recommend the S380-26 or S385-26 channel balances. The best match for your repair will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe. It's hard to read accurate measurements from photos so you'll have to use your best judgement and measure as shown below. You can also select the 2540 stamp option for your replacement balances.
