Channel balance 28 inches long

A quick learner from CA says:
the metal part is 28 inches long and the balance has
2840 ae
written on it (in photo). It is from Viking sash window - i need 6 of them (3 windows). Also need the black part that seems broken.

thanks for all your help,

The channel balance looks like our Series 395 channel balance. I would just confirm the length of the metal channel. Based on your stamp, it should be 29" long, not 28".

I'm not sure about the top sash guide. It would depend on its dimensions. You may be able to find a match here. If not, we will need detailed dimensions in order to find something.

A quick learner from CA says:
You are right - i got the 28 inch from the guy that came to look at the windows - i added another photo that shows them as 29 inches - could you verify

also added a photo of the black piece alongside the measure to see if that helps you identify it.....these are from viking windows - now sure if that helps

is it possible for you to send links to the products so i get it right when putting them into the cart to order ?

appreciate all your help - not sure i could do this without you

I'm afraid I can't really read the length in your picture, it's too unclear. You just want to measure the metal channel; don't count the nylon ends in this measurement. As long as the metal channel is 29" long, you should be good to go.

I also cannot identify your top sash guide. Measurements for top sash guides are very specific and detailed. I linked you to our section in my prior post, and I will also link it here. If you look through our selection, you should get an idea of what measurements are needed to identify it.
