Thank you for reaching out to us. Your balance is a match for our Series 795, but you'll notice that this has a screw tab instead of a hook like yours. We can still help; it'll just have to be a custom order. Can you confirm the number of balances you'd like to order? Note that if the other windows differ in size, the stamps and lengths will differ as well, so it's a good idea to check them.

As for the pivot bar, your old-style isn't made anymore, but you can use the 26-366 to replace it.
