Hello,

I'm going to have my experts look at your pictures before we make a recommendations, but take a look at our video on removing a tilt-window channel balance in the meantime so that you can send us a picture of an undamaged balance and pivot shoe. Thank you!

A quick learner from Martinsville, IN says:
Correction:pivot shoe is 1/2" thick. The video shows a cutout and mine doesn't have one. By looking at it I can't see how to remove it. Any idra how to remove it?

If you have no cutout, you can create your own. See the video below.

I need (4) 17-056 tilt pivots, or what ever you have that comes closer. These don't look the same but look like they will work.

I will call 5/3 to see what will work.

Thank you,

Gary

Your original pivot bar looks more like our 26-402. Look it over and let me know what you think.

I'm told by my colleague that you wanted a Series 770 channel balance custom made with a 15-044 attached, but it looks to me that your original was more like our Series 795 with a 15-224 inverted link. Is there any reason why that can't work for you? That wouldn't even  have to be custom made, you could just order the Series 795 and 15-224 link separately and then pop the link on when you get them.
