Channel balance

Question

The number on the balance is 2730. However I don't know which on your site is the right one based on the end connections. Any quick guidance on how to figure out which model is the one to buy?

Thanks for writing in. See either our S380-28 or S385-28. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2730.
