Wanting to know exact part number or replacement part number for my non tilt windowchannel balancers.
Also, need new plastic pieces that are attached to the top of the window. (Top guides).

Measurement from channel end to end (metal only) is 28 inches. Stamp says 27.

Based on your photos, you have either our S380-28 or S385-28. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is best.
The top sash guide, meanwhile, looks like a dead ringer for our 18-008.
