Channel Balance Help

Stamped with part no 2430

Al channel is 25" long. Hook is broken off the end of the spring. Need entire assembly or just the spring?

And I have another pair stamped 1620 with an AL channel length of 17". This is the 1620 but they look the same.

Thanks for your patience during this busy time of the year for us. It looks like you have either an S351-17 or S390-17, with a stamp option of 1620; as well as either an S351-24 or S390-24, with a stamp option of 2430. The only difference between the Series 351 and Series 390 is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best.

Thanks so much!

My base is 1 1/16! Should I go bigger or smaller? Just my luck...
Thanks!

These nylon shoes tend to wear down over time. So long as it's greater than 1", I think assuming you have the shoe with a 1-1/8" depth is the better bet--thus, the Series 390
